How to make ” easy fried rice ” ( easy recipe )


Fried rice is one of the Chinese food.
Stir-fried rice and ingredients such as eggs, shrimp, meat, and onions.
This fried rice was surprisingly difficult and I had failed.
But since I did this, I’ve reduced the number of failures.
This time, I will introduce how to easily make fried rice using Japanese soy sauce.


(for 2 person)

Rice for 2 people
1 egg
1/4 leeks
1/3 carrot
2 mushrooms
2 slice unsmoked bacons
3 tbsp. soy sauce
White pepper
Sesame oil (if any )
Spring onion ( if any ) for topping


Step 1
Prepare rice.
(If you use frozen rice or stored rice in the refrigerator, warm it in the microwave.)

Step 2
Mince the vegetables mushrooms , and bacons.

Step 3
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry vegetables , bacon and mushrooms.

Step 4
Prepare a large bowl, insert the eggs into it, and stir.

Step 5
When the vegetables are well fried, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 6
Put the rice in a large bowl of eggs and stir.
Try not to crush the rice grains as much as possible.

Step 7
Add the stir-fried vegetables here.

Step 8
Add 3 tbsp. soy sauce.

Step 9
Spread sesame oil on the frying pan that was used to stir-fry the vegetables.
( If you don’t have sesame oil, spread it with oil. )

Step 10
Fry everything in the bowl.

Step 11
When the eggs have hardened, it’s done.
Served with spring onions.

You can make a successful fried rice by entwining the egg with rice first. Please try it.
