I introduce of a pasta with using bonito soup base.
It is Japanese style carbonara.This is very easy and simple.

Ingredients
For 2 person
Ingredients is pasta 200 g
Bacon 100 g
Mushrooms amount of you want
Spinach
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Soup base 100 ml
Milk 100 ml
Method
Step 1
Cut bacon , mushrooms and spinach into bite-sized pieces
Step 2
Boil water in a pan and boil the spaghetti as indicated to make al dente (so that the core remains in the center).
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry bacon and mushrooms.
Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Step 4
Once the ingredients are cooked, add boiled pasta, soup base and milk and fry. Then add spinach and fry further.
Step 5
When the soup is a little left, it’s done.
If you like, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and enjoy.
