How to make Japanese noodle ” UDON “


It is the easiest and the basic usage of bonito soup base.

Japanese noodle  “udon”.


Japanese udon noodls (It is 100g per serving).

And soup stock base ,water , spring onion if any.

Step 1

First, let’s boil the water.

Check the label time and bring to a boil on time.

Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.

Step 2

While doing that, mix the same amount of water into the soup ,and cut spring onion.


After boiling, chill in water.

Drain the water and serve.
