Introducing how to make healthy miso soup using sea bass.
The vegetable ingredients shown here are just an example. You can make it with the vegetables left in your refrigerator.
600 cc water
1 tbsp. Sake
50 g mushroom(Shimeji)
50 g Chinese lettuce
50 g leek
( The other remaining vegetables is OK.
ex. Cabbage, spring onion, onion…etc.)
2 tbsp. Miso
Boil the water and sake.
Cut vegetables and sea bass.
Put vegetables into the pan.
When the water boils, add the sea bass.
Remove the lye that comes out.
When the vegetables and sea bass are cooked, melt the miso.
By adding sake, the smell of fish disappears.
And you can make delicious miso soup without adding Dashi.
