How to make ” Shioyakisoba “( easy Japanese foods recipes )


Japanese Sauce fried noodles are famous in Japan, but recently “Shioyakisoba” made with salt is also popular.
This is also delicious and easy to do by using SHIO-KOJI.


(for 2 person)

200 g Egg noodle
4 tbsp SHIO-KOJI
60 g Unsmoked Back Bacon
( some meat or prawn )
Vegetables and mushroom ( all you want )
1/8 Lemon ( If any )
Some white wine ( If any )


Step 1
Cut lemons

Step 2
Cut vegetables and bacon

Step 3
Boil water in a pan and boil the egg noodles.
Boil it a little harder as it will be fried later.

Step 4
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry vegetables , bacon and mushrooms.

Step 5
Once the ingredients are cooked, add boiled noodles white wine , cover and steam.

Step 6
Add salt ,pepper and SHIO-KOJI ,then stir.
Please adjust the amount of SHIO-KOJI while tasting.

Step 7
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.

It’s refreshing and delicious.
If you don’t have egg noodles, you can use pasta instead.
