In the UK there is a Pancake Day (Shrove Tuesday).
This year( 2021 ), it is February 16th.
Introducing the pancakes we ate that day.
British pancakes
British pancakes are thin and like crepe dough. The traditional way to eat it is to make it without adding sugar, sprinkle it with sugar after baking, and squeeze the lemon.
Pancakes at home
This time I made a gluten-free dough.
I added honey in advance to make a slightly sweet dough.
The scent of butter is very good.
And I topped it with Azuki (red bean paste), strawberries, bananas and cheese.
The combination of Azuki and strawberries is very good.
There is a very popular Japanese sweet called Ichigo Daifuku in Japan.
