How to make “Sushinoko pickles “


Sushinoko” is a powdered sushi vinegar used to make rice for sushi.
This not only makes sushi rice, but also makes pickles easy.
I will show you how to make it.


Some mushrooms
50 g Cucumber
Bell pepper( preferred amount )
Parsley( if any )
1.5 tbsp. Sushinoko


Step 1
Cut the ingredients into bite-sized pieces and place in a plastic bag or jar.

Step 2
Lightly boil the mushrooms

Step 3
Sprinkle sushi and mix well.

Step 4
Put it in the refrigerator as it is and let it blend in. (Half day to one day is a guide.)

Step 5
Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley if you like, and you’re done.

You can use the vegetables left in the refrigerator as the ingredients, so please try various things.
