The typical Japanese food “Oyakodon” is very popular for Japanese,too.
The egg and soup base go very well together.This time also I will introduce easy Japanese dishes using bonito soup base.
ingredients
(for 2 person)
Soup base 100ml
2 eggs
Onion 1/2
Sugar 2 tsp
Rice 360 ml
Oil
Spring onion (If any)
Italian parsley (If any)
Step 1
Cook the rice.
Step 2
In the meantime, prepare topping.
Finely chop the spring onions
and prepare some Italian parsley leaves.
Step 3
Slice the onion and
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan
fry the onions until clear.
Step 5
Add chicken.
Fry until the surface of the chicken is white.
Step 6
Add sugar.
Add soup base
Step 7
Cover and heat over low heat
until the meat is cooked.
Step 8
Add the eggs.
Stir well until it is as firm as you like.
Step 9
When the eggs have set to the desired hardness,
add spring onions.
Step 10
Place it on top of the cooked rice
and place the Italian parsley on it.
