Seasoned boiled eggs are very popular with Japanese people. It is topped with “ramen”, which is famous for Japanese cuisine. This seasoned boiled egg is indispensable for the favorite dish “ODEN” that Japanese people eat in winter.
By using this “soup base”, you can make it very easily.

1 clove of garlic ( if any )
Soup base 100 ml
Water 50 ml
Make a boiled egg.
Stir occasionally so that the yolks are not biased.
Set the timer.
I prefer soft-boiled yolks, so I’ll make them for 6 minutes.
Mince the garlic.
Put garlic and soup base in a container.
Add the peeled eggs.
Adjust the amount of water to your liking.
Keep it in the refrigerator for at least a day.
It is very delicious to eat with rice.
The remaining soup was used as an ingredient in other dishes.
