This time, I will introduce side dishes using tofu and minced meat. I have made a Japanese-style mapo tofu, a famous Chinese food, so that even children can eat it.
Ingredients
100 g minced meat.
(Any kinds of meat is okay. I use pork.)
1 tbsp. Grated garlic
1 tbsp. Grated ginger
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
1/3 Leek
*1 tbsp. Miso
*1/2 tbsp. Soy sauce
*1 tbsp Sake
*3 g chicken stock
*2 tbsp Potato starch
*300 cc water
Method
Step 1
Mix well Miso, soy sauce, Sake, chicken stock, potato starch and water. (Marked *)
Step 2
Cut tofu to 1cm dice size.
Step 3
Chop leeks.
Step 4
Heat frying pan and put sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
Step 5
Put minced meat and fry well.
Step 6
After meat turned to white, put leeks.
Step 7
Put pre-made sauce
When it thickens, put it on low heat for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add tofu and mix gently.
It’s delicious to eat as it is, but it’s also delicious to eat on rice.
