Boiled fish


This time, I will introduce how to make boiled fish using Japanese seasonings. Since it is low in oil, it is a healthy dish.


2 piece Fish fillet
( I used sea bass )
3 tbsp. Soy sauce
3 tbsp. Mirin
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Sake
50 ml water


Step 1

Put soy sauce, mirin, sugar and sake into pan, and heat and mix until melt sugar.

Step 2

Add water, and boil.

Step 3

After boiled the sauce, put fish into the pan.

Step 4

Heat to medium.
Cover with aluminium foil and cover the pot.
For shallow pots like frying pans, just the lid is fine.
Leave it from 6 min to 7 min.
( According to size of fish)


By closing the lid, the sauce circulates and is delicious.
