Method
Step 1
cut salmon to shape for stick

Mix soy sauce, sake, juice of ginger and salt, and soak salmon in it for 30 minutes over.
Step 3
Sprinkle the salmon with potato starch.
Step 4
Put a lot of oil in a pan, and fry it.
