Deep fry salmon stick

This time, we will introduce a fish dish that is fried with seasoned salmon and is suitable as a snack or a side dish of rice.


150 g Salmon
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sake
A little ginger
A little salt
Some potato starch


Step 1
cut salmon to shape for stick
(I cut it into squares, but that’s fine.)

Step 2
Mix soy sauce, sake, juice of ginger and salt, and soak salmon in it for 30 minutes over.

Step 3
Sprinkle the salmon with potato starch.

Step 4
Put a lot of oil in a pan, and fry it.


It’s very easy. The taste of soy sauce is soaked and delicious.
