Here’s how to make delicious spaghetti that goes very well with canned tuna, onions and garlic. It’s very easy.
Ingredients
1 Onion
1 tinned tuna
a clove of garlic
Sesame oil
2 tsp. Dashi (powder soup stock)
2 tbsp. Sake
2 tbsp. Mirin(rice wine)
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
Black pepper
Method
Step 1
Mix dashi, Sake, Mirin and soy sauce.
Step 2
Slice onion, and mince garlic.
Step 3
Heat frying pan , and put sesame oil and garlic.
After smelling garlic, put onion and Tuna.
Fry well and put mixed sauce.
Step 4
Boil spaghetti and put into frying pan.
Sprinkle pepper.
It is also very delicious when topped with shredded seaweed, coriander and parsley.
