Slice ginger
Cut leek about 3 cm

Step 2

Put pork, ginger and white water in a pan and boil 30 minutes.
Stop the heat of pan and cover lid .
Leave it 30 minutes.

During boiling pork, prepare boiled egg.
(Slowly put the eggs in boiling water and boil for 9 minutes.)

Step 3

After pork boiled, wash pork carefully.
(Pork is very soft and easily crumbles.)

Step 4

Put pork, ginger, leek, water, soy sauce, sake and sugar.
Boil about 28 minutes.

Step 5

Put boiled eggs and boil more 2 minutes.

Step 6

It’s very delicious when made, but it tastes better when it’s a little cold.

It takes a little time, but it is very delicious with a small amount of ingredients. It’s delicious after a few days.

I always procure many ingredients from Ocado.
Many Japanese use it.
You can get a lot of Japanese ingredients.

And I also recommend Japan Centre.
You can get not only Japanese ingredients but also miscellaneous goods and books.

This blog was created with the concept of having many people enjoy Japanese cuisine overseas. Here are some simple Japanese recipes. In addition to that, I would like to tell everyone that Japanese ingredients are available overseas. And I want to spread the fun of Japanese culture to the world.
