This time, I will introduce a salmon dish that is eaten with vinegar-rich leek sauce.
Ingredients
A little salt
A little pepper
1 tbsp. Flour
1 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
1 leek
*2 tbsp. Soy sauce
*1 tbsp. Mirin
*1/2 tbsp. Sugar
*1 tbsp. Vinegar
Method
Step 1
Cut the salmon to bite-size.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper to salmon and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Sprinkle the whole salmon with flour.
Step 3
Finely chop the leek.
Step 4
Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it over low heat.
Put the salmon skin side down, turn it over and grill on both sides.
Take it out when it’s cooked.
Step 5
Put the sesame oil and leek in the frying pan and heat low heat for about 2 minutes
Put Soy sauce, mirin, sugar and vinegar( marked * ).
Step 6
Put leek vinegar sauce over the salmon and enjoy.
