Here’s how to make healthy teriyaki chicken with plenty of sesame seeds.
A little salt and pepper
1 tsp. Sesame oil
*1 tbsp. Soy sauce
*1 tbsp. Sake (red or white wine is ok)
*1 tbsp. Mirin
*1 tbsp. Sugar
*2 tbsp. Roasted White sesame (Grated is better)
*1 tsp. Granted Garlic
*1 tbsp. Granted Ginger
Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, white sesame, garlic and ginger
Cut chicken to bite-size, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Put sesame oil into the pan, and saute about 3 minutes.
Then fry the other side for 5 minutes on low heat.
When both sides are browned, add the sauce.
When it gets a little thick, it’s done.
It goes very well with white rice. And I eat a lot. The fragrant scent of sesame is very wonderful.
