Shio-koji salmon ( Super easy recipe)


Introducing how to make super-easy SHIO-KOJI salmon.
It’s very easy to do with just Shio-koji.


2 piece salmon
1 tbsp. Shio-koji
1 tsp. Oil


Step 1

Wipe off the water from the salmon with kitchen paper.

Step 2

Put Shio-koji in salmon, knead it, and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Step 3

Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it, then put the salmon skin down.

Heat on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes until browned, turn over and bake for 3 to 4 minutes.


My kids are not good at fish, but they love it very much.

It eats a lot.
