My children don’t like aubergine (eggplants).
But with this recipe, they eat a lot. I will show you how to make it.
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
*1 tbsp. Soy sauce
*1 tbsp. Sake
*1 tbsp. Mirin
*1 tbsp. Sugar
*2 tbsp. White roasted sesame
*a little Granted garlic
*a little Granted ginger
Crush the roasted sesame so that it smells good, and grate the ginger and garlic.
Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, white roasted sesame, granted garlic and granted ginger.
Cut aubergine to bite-size ( If you care, a little peel it off.)
Soak it into water.
Put sesame oil into the pan, and saute aubergine.
After cooked , add the sauce.
When it gets a little thick, it’s done.
This sauce also has other vegetables and meat.
It’s very delicious, easy and convenient, so please try it.
I always procure many ingredients from Ocado.
Many Japanese use it.
You can get a lot of Japanese ingredients.
And I also recommend Japan Centre.
You can get not only Japanese ingredients but also miscellaneous goods and books.
