Stir-fried Japanese style aubergine(eggplant)

My children don’t like aubergine (eggplants).
But with this recipe, they eat a lot. I will show you how to make it.

Ingredients

300g aubergine
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
*1 tbsp. Soy sauce
*1 tbsp. Sake
*1 tbsp. Mirin
*1 tbsp. Sugar
*2 tbsp. White roasted sesame
*a little Granted garlic
*a little Granted ginger

Method

Step 1

Crush the roasted sesame so that it smells good, and grate the ginger and garlic.

Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, white roasted sesame, granted garlic and granted ginger.

Cut aubergine to bite-size ( If you care, a little peel it off.)
Soak it into water.

Put sesame oil into the pan, and saute aubergine.
